Create Taskbar and Start Menu Properties Shortcut on Desktop in Windows XP is a Unique Trick. To Do This: Right Click on Desktop and Create Shortcut. After that you will see a Dialogue Box. In Dialogue Box, Type This code as it is:
rundll32.exe shell32.dll, Options_RunDLL 1
In the above command, give space after rundll32.exe and give comma and space after shell32.dll and Enter Underscore after Options and Then Space 1 and Press NEXT.
Then Give any Name of Your Wish and Finally Click on FINISH.
